Privacy Policy — The Crystal Codex

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Relicforge Studio ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Android application The Crystal Codex (the "App"). By installing or using The Crystal Codex you agree to the practices described here. This policy applies only to The Crystal Codex and not to any other application we publish.

2. Information we collect

The Crystal Codex does not require you to create an account and we do not ask you for your name, address, phone number, or email address inside the App. Game progress such as completed stages, stars, scores, and settings is stored locally on your device.

Third-party services integrated into The Crystal Codex (for example advertising, analytics, or crash reporting providers) may automatically collect limited technical data such as device model, operating system version, language, approximate region, app version, and advertising identifiers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. How we use information

Technical information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve The Crystal Codex, to diagnose crashes and bugs, to measure general usage of features and levels, and where applicable to display advertising. We do not sell personal information.

4. Children's privacy

The Crystal Codex is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through The Crystal Codex, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Permissions

The Crystal Codex requests only the permissions needed for gameplay, such as network access for optional online features and advertising. The App does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local game data for The Crystal Codex remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. To request deletion of any data held by us, write to malkovakream@gmail.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data related to your use of The Crystal Codex, and to withdraw consent for personalised advertising through your device settings.
